63 ANGLS -official video production for 2007 IWFL Championship & Sixxes Game.
63 ANGLS was chosen for the video production for the 2007 IWFL Championship Game between the Detroit Demolition and the Atlanta Xplosion at Roswell(GA) High School, north of Atlanta on August 11, 2007. The IWFL (Independent Women’s Football League) which consists of 28 teams is in its 7th year of existence.
Detroit represented the Western Conference with a 9-1 record. Atlanta, represented the Eastern Conference with a 10-0 record, and was the defending IWFL champion. Despite the heat index going over 100 degrees; the game was a tight struggle throughout contest with Detroit winning 17-7. This was Detroit’s first IWFL Championship but 5th overall women’s football championship. The victory was sweeter because that victory extracted revenge from last year’s championship in which they lost to Atlanta.
There was another game prior to the championship game called the Sixxes Championship,
six women team between the Central Coast (CA) Heat and the Boise State University(ID)
Broncos, in which the Heat was victorious 33-19.
